Glenda Higgins is a poet who has done performance poetry around Vancouver, B.C. for several years and was put on the radio out there a couple of times. Her writing journey started with children’s stories and progressed to adult short stories and poetry. She has published a volume of poetry titled Poetry In Motion about her years in Vancouver where she read in different venues such as La Quena on Commercial Drive. Several of her poems have been set to music, which is another one of her passions. She has also accompanied Gerry Gilbert, a well-known Vancouver based poet, on her flute at his poetry readings at the Glass Slipper in Vancouver. Courses in illustration and graphics have led her to redefining herself as an illustrator author. You can visit her at http://webfootedness.com/books%20for%20sale.htm.
